Built for aircraft dealers

Know it before the seller’s answer is the only version you get.

The seller has flown it for years. You get a spec sheet and one inspection window — on every aircraft you take on.

Check any aircraft’s observed operating history free, before you commit to the report.

Inspect the actual N55 report

A specification tells you what an aircraft is. TailCheck shows what it has done.

Not one aircraft — one pattern, observed on several

Nineteen months of steady flying. Then twenty-seven days of nothing.

N55 · Gulfstream G650 · KAFW · Fort Worth Alliance

27

days on the ground — 18× this tail’s normal interval.

Ferry out
3 Dec 2025

Two short positioning hops in and out - 171 lbs/NM, consistent with a shop visit or repositioning.. The longest continuous pause in the window, at a field with MRO capacity. The gap is certain; the reason is not. A scheduled inspection and an unscheduled fix look identical from ADS-B - the work order and return-to-service settle it.

This is worth running down first with the logs.

Trust boundary

What the report can show — and what it cannot establish alone.

TailCheck can show

  • Observed activity and operating geography
  • Calculated utilisation and fleet-relative patterns
  • Changes in operating rhythm and visible evidence gaps
  • Findings, limitations and records worth requesting

It cannot establish alone

  • Mechanical condition, maintenance quality or airworthiness
  • Verified hours, cycles or complete undisclosed activity
  • Structural condition, payload or mission purpose
  • The cause of an observed ground period

TailCheck complements technical records and pre-purchase inspection. It does not replace them.

The deliverable

TailCheck Aircraft Operating Report

One aircraft. Its observed operating record, the patterns calculated from it, and the questions those findings support.

  • Aircraft identity and evidence period
  • What the track shows
  • This aircraft vs the fleet
  • Route corridors and flight history
  • The checks behind the ledger
  • Confidence and explicit limitations
  • Records to pull and questions to ask
  • Web report and downloadable PDF

Where this comes from

Every finding starts as a raw position report.

TailCheck reads directly from ADS-B position broadcasts — the same signal air traffic control uses to see an aircraft in flight. It shows where and when an aircraft moved. On its own, it does not show why.

Coverage depends on regional infrastructure, altitude and transponder equipage, which is exactly why every report states its confidence and limitations next to its findings — not as a footnote, but as the discipline the whole product is built on.
